 The Christmas Theme has been released at the W-Shop.

Oh my. I must say that this year's Christmas theme is amazing! At longest last, we have been provided with play houses for Webkinz to play in...and at a very modest price, too!

This year's theme is called the Christmas Carol theme. It only goes outdoors or in treetop rooms, but the design uses these limits for a good purpose.

 If it is November 24 in your account's time zone, you'll get this gift no matter when Thanksgiving is observed in your area. The Thanksgiving gift contains two food items: Chocolate Pecan Pie and Thanksgiving Dinner, and a furniture piece: Cornucopia Chair. The Arthur Christmas gift contains a letter to Santakinz (decoration), a chattering teeth toy (decoration) and a Candy Cane (food).

Arthur Christmas Gift Boxes Arrive in North American Accounts

Webkinz World players in North America who log onto their accounts today will be pleasantly surprised to find an Arthur Christmas Gift Box waiting for them in their dock. This gift box is labeled "Arthur Christmas Gift Box 1"...does this mean that another one is on the way? We will have to wait and see.

The gift box contains (highlight the red box to find out) a Candy Cane (food), Knitted Sweater (clothes) and Elf Training Kit (decoration).

Guess What? Another Challenge Has Been Added!

This challenge is called the Healthy Harvest Challenge, and will run from November 12 to December 2, 2011.

Wednesday Updates November 9, 2011

A new challenge has been added to Webkinz World.

This challenge works much like the Halloween Challenge in October. This challenge is called the "Teacher's Pet Challenge", and is school themed. I will update with the challenges and their prizes in spoilers as I find them out.

You must finish the Key to Kinzville Challenge before the Teacher's Pet Challenge will appear to you.

Have fun!

Five new Exclusive Items have been added, three have been retired.

These new items seem to have been added with being additional pieces for themes in mind!

• Egyptian Tomb Window
• Salt Water Aqua Table
• Snack Cart Stove

The three items that have been retired are:

•  Ambulance
• Grandfather Clock

To get an Exclusive prize, you must either exchange a certain amount of Wish Tokens at the Wish Machine for it, or, to get a totally random prize, adopt a new pet.

This new pet, the Poinsettia Lion, is the eStore pet for Christmas.We don't know when it will be for sale, but once we do, we'll update this post.

This festive friend comes with a Gingerbread Oven to bake with, and Festive Fruit Cake to eat!

Gelato Parrot PSI and PSF Revealed!

The CandyKinz Pet for December 2011 is the Gelato Parrot! It comes with a Sprawling Candy Plant Centerpiece PSI, and Tropical Fruit Frenzy PSF!

I hereby dub December as Crazy Awesome CandyKinz Month.

Signature Arctic Fox PSI and PSF Revealed!

This new pet comes with a Daring Den Slide and some Frozen Fish and Chips.

What's unfortunate about this little fox is that retailers may only get 2 per store. This has happened in the past with the Hippie Hippo in March, Razzle Dazzle Dog in June, Dodo in September, and, for December, the Patchy Puppy, but this is the first (and hopefully last) time it's happened to a Signature pet.
Also, according to its description on Webkinz Newz, this pet has a "steely blue gaze"...its eyes are clearly brown.

Thanksgiving Treasure Hunt

Webkinz Newz has just posted a new Treasure Hunt! This is the Thanksgiving Treasure Hunt, and the prize is a Chow Down Duck Figure. The Treasure Hunt runs from November 6 to December 5, 2011.

Sifaka Lemur PSI and PSF Revealed!

Ganz at the last minute decided to change their mind about the Darling Dino, which will be released soon, but not in December. Instead, they're releasing the Sifaka Lemur, which looks like this:

Replacing the Darling Dino as a December 2011plush release, this pet comes with Tall Tree Hideaway and Forest Fruit Salad.

Arctic Polar Bear PSI and PSF Revealed!

This frosty new friend comes with a Peek-A-Boo Pond for playing hide-and-seek, and some Polarberry Punch to drink!

The virtual image isn't quite what I expected, but still, pretty neat! Cool PSI, as well.

Sterling Cheeky Cat PSI and PSF Revealed!

This fine feline comes with a Fun To Run Yarn Ball to get some exercise, and a Tuna Melt Medley for dinner.

It has the original stringy fur. I am loving this cat so much right now.

Patchy Puppy PSI and PSF Revealed!

This pet comes with a Backyard Bubble Maker to play with and a Twisted Fruit Slushy for a treat.

Kind of cute, and a little less whimsy, but if the ears are stuck straight up like a bunny, count me out.

November's CandyKinz pet is the Licorice Fish. 

This pet comes with a Taste Tester Fountain and some Gummy Guppies. Wait, it's a candy fish...that eats candy fish. O-o

Buy one before November 6 to get a Delectable Donut Chair.

The Velvety Elephant, Fox, and Husky are now Adventure Park pets. 
You must have adopted them after November 1 for the quests to work.
