All Day Activity for POTM Reindeer Owners, for some reason

Webkinz World players who check the Daily Activities page should find that there is an all day activity, Bonus Token Balloon Darts, for those who own the POTM, the Reindeer.
The only problem with this is that the Reindeer was December 2011's POTM. The current Pet of the Month is the Grey Langur, for which no activities have appeared for today. 

Perhaps this is the result of an error in coding that caused a lineup of events in December to appear today. Or it could be intentional, as I participated in the event without any errors. Maybe this is something Ganz has prepared for the upcoming months--allowing a day for the previous POTM? I find it to be rather strange, what do you think?

Arthur Christmas Gift No. 3

Today, Webkinz World players who log into their accounts will find another Arthur Christmas gift. Also, players should receive a Kinectimals prize, but for some reason, they aren't.

Wednesday Updates October 12 2011

The POTM Video for the Walrus has been revealed.
This video is called "The Coolest Thing is Everything", and its Video Challenge Prize is the Walrus Wall Panel. 
Beware however, as the Walrus Wall Panel is glitched. It appears as a blank space in your dock. Putting it in your room locks you out of that room. 


In speaking of which, apparently placing the Cold Flames Cauldron in a room also locks you out of the room.
To continue playing in your WW house, simply log back in, then switch to any pet who is not in the room that the glitched item is in.

A new game is in the Arcade!
This game is called "Hoppy Rocket Ship". From Webkinz Newz:

"There’s a brand new game in the Webkinz World Arcade and we know you’re going to love it! In fact, this just may be the wackiest games we’ve ever made. In Hoppy Little Rocketship, your pet will ride through the skies in a cardboard rocket, bouncing on chickens and turkeys, trying to reach the end. Treasure Hunt Returns!

The "Shrewd Searchers Treasure Hunt", previously scheduled to run from the 6th of July to August 2, 2011, had been suffering from some technical difficulty, and was taken down. To make up for it, the Friendship Treasure Hunt for the Dear Diary Leopard was extended to end on July 15.


Now, we are happy to report that the Shrewd Searchers Treasure Hunt has returned!

Begins: Today, July 16.
Ends: August 15, 2011.
Prize: Virtual Koala Archeologist figure. This prize includes the item that comes with the figurine, the Backyard Dig Site, and, if this is your first figurine, access to Woodland Wonders and a Series 2 Figurine Case.



Remember, the more figurines you collect, the more likely you are to win better prizes more often in Woodland Wonders.

Spree dice are flying in Webkinz Newz! If you find one of these dice flying around the site, click on it, fill in the form provided, and you'll be rewarded with an extra roll for the arcade game, Spree!
Players were commenting about Spree, saying how difficult it is to collect shopping credits and shopping bags. Well, no longer! Ganz plans to make it easier to gain credits and shopping bags during scheduled site maintenance on Wednesday. Players hope that they also plan to fix a glitch concerning the Giant Zingoz Plushie. It's described to be a chair, but players buying it discover that it's really just a plushie.
