Below you will find a tutorial on how to send people things using the Message Center.

1. Go to your Webkinz World house. There should be a blue icon with a wreath on the left hand side of the screen, click on that.
2. Asking a friend for some Candy Cane Cocoa is the last task on the list. There are three buttons there: Ask Friends, Buy One, and Hint.
3. Click on Ask Friends, and a list of your Webkinz World friends will appear.
4. Select up to 20 friends to ask for Cocoa. 
5. Click Send. 
6. Seconds later, a message will appear on the Message Centers of the friends you sent requests to. 
7. When they choose to send you a Cocoa, you will receive a message about it. 
8. The Candy Cane Cocoa is not a physical Webkinz World item, and will not appear in your dock. It is useful only for this challenge.
9. Once you ask a friend for Cocoa, you must wait for a day before asking them again.
10. It does not cost anyone anything whatsoever to send and/or receive Cocoa.

Alternative route

1. Follow step 1 above.
2. Instead of Ask Friends, select Buy One. 
3. You will be given the option to buy 1 Candy Cane Cocoa for 500 eStore Points [50 cents] apiece.
4. Buy the Cocoa. 
5. With 5,000 eStore points, you can buy all the Cocoa you need.
